The University of Edinburgh is one of the world’s top universities, ranking 4th in the UK and 14th in the World. Home to over 44,000 students spread across five campuses around the city, the retail shop is an important hub for their students.
The University of Edinburgh retail shop was looking for unique eco-friendly branded merchandise that could be stored off-site and delivered quickly. Delivering a bespoke collection of branded clothing and merchandise for the popular on-campus shop Streamline worked closely with the University of Edinburgh team to develop the right products.
Streamlined solution
One of the biggest draws for the team at the University of Edinburgh Retail Store was our on-site storage facility. Close proximity meant they were able to streamline how their branded merchandise, clothing, and print are produced, stored, and delivered.

A dedicated Key Account Manager works closely with the University shop, and with the help of a bespoke online ordering system the retail store is able to see real-time stock levels, so everyone knows where they stand.
If necessary, the University can place an order that is guaranteed to be with them within 24 hours. This was able to solve a big problem for the shop, which is busy all year round and needs to be able to replenish stock at short notice to maximise sales and revenue.
