Tate

Increasing merchandise retail revenues at The Tate

Brand partnership

Tate is made up of a family of four art galleries across the UK. Our partnership with Tate Commerce; the retail arm of Tate gallery, began in 2019 after they attended an eco-friendly branded merchandise open day that we hosted in our London showroom.

Innovation

We caught the attention of Tate’s merchandise team at this event, where we showcased the very best of our sustainable and ethical product range. Tate aims to promote sustainable sourcing and were looking for innovative products that make people think twice. We were able to suggest a range of options made from interesting materials, and from ethical sources. These exciting new eco-friendly products really caught the attention of the galleries visitors and have been a welcome addition to the wider product range.

Added value

At Streamline we always aim to add value to our service and go Above and Beyond the Ordinary. Our partnership with Tate is built on great communication and a willingness to work closely with the client to help them meet their goals.

Streamline’s experience in the realm of eco-friendly branded merchandise allowed them to introduce interesting new products that have had a great reaction in Tate’s retail environment. We were able to source products that tell a story and benefit their customers in more ways than one. A great example of this is our bespoke thermal bottles, helping Tate to promote personal well-being as well as a reduce, reuse, recycle lifestyle change.

Outcome

Our ongoing partnership with Tate has been successful for both parties. We have provided excellent one-on-one relationship management by allocating a dedicated Key Account Manager to Tate’s team. Our experience in sourcing new and innovative eco-friendly retail products have been well received at all stores and online. “By offering us unique products, we are able to explore sustainable living & ethical sourcing quite openly, which is exciting.” Tyrone Joseph, Product Development Manager, Tate Commerce.
